Does Buildsolar.com.au provide sales and design support? Buildsolar.com.au includes all product information and manuals which are made publicly available by the manufacturer. The information available to us is the same that is available to you. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with all materials made available first before contacting us for support. What are order processing and shipping timeframes? Shipping times will vary depending on your location, stock availability and location and transport type. Your order is typically processed within 24hrs, however, delivery timeframes can vary depending on the factors above.

What are your shipping costs? For order values above $300 shipping is included at no cost for metro (Eg. Sydney) and major regional (Eg. Newcastle) delivery centres. For orders below $300 value, a flat $50 shipping fee is applied to cover administration process and dispatch.

How can I track my order? When an order is placed and shipped, you will be notified of the shipping tracking details once available.

What is our servicing and warranty procedure? The warranty on the products supplied through buildsolardirect.com.au is the products manufacturers warranty. Buildsolardirect.com.au will assist with servicing and warranty claims with the manufacturer, and ensure a satisfactory outcome is achieved.  More information can be found on the Dangers and Your Responsibilities page.

What delivery address's does bluesolard.com.au accept? A valid delivery address for items under 20kg is a residential or business address (PO BOXES ARE NOT VALID AND WILL NOT BE SENT). For items above 20kg (Batteries, Inverters and solar panels), the delivery location must have forklift unloading ability (Eg. A business or transport depot). Buildsolar.com.au does not take any liability for delivery addresses that are incomplete, inaccurate or that do not have sufficient unloading capability.  Additional fees may apply if delivery is not made successfully at first attempt.

My order includes large, heavy, bulky items over 20kg, what do I need to know? For items over 20kgs, these will be shipped on a pallet and must be received by at a location with a forklift. Buildsolar.com.au does not take any liability for delivery addresses that do not have sufficient unloading capability.

Do you ship beyond Australia? At the moment we only ship to Australian addresses. In the not too distant future, we plan to ship to New Zealand, South East Asia, and the Pacific Islands.

I know the specific product from the brand you offer but I can't find it on the website... Buildsolar.com.au can source most off-grid equipment components from the brands we offer, and not all are listed on the website. If you require a specific component please send us an email with the exact part number and details and we see if we can assist.
